Lopez Island, the third largest of the San Juan Islands, is often thought of as the "laid back island". With a year round population of approximately 2000 residents there just doesn't seem to be a reason to rush through life. | Lopez Village Properties Policies
BOOKING DEPOSIT POLICY: You may contact Lopez Village Properties by telephone or e-mail to reserve a Rental Property. We will hold your reservation for a period of 7 days to receive your Application and a Deposit in the amount of one-half of the rental fee. However, if your Application is received less than Fourteen days prior to the date the rental begins, you must submit the full Rental Fee with the Application. When your application is accepted, the remainder of the Rental Fee is due and payable Fourteen days prior to the date the rental begins.
Upon receiving full payment of the rental fee, Lopez Village Properties will send you written confirmation and directions on how to locate the property and instructions on how to enter it.
RATE POLICY: There is a two night minimum stay September-June and a one week minimum stay July and August
All homes are subject to a 9.7% sales tax
All rates are subject to change without notice
All homes are non-smoking
PET POLICY: Pets are allowed only in designated pet friendly units
A fifty-dollar non-refundable pet fee will be charged for those units allowing pets
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be made 30 days or more prior to the beginning of the rental period for a return of deposit made minus a 25.00 dollar administrative fee. |
